Greetings Barre Bae,

Back to school season is officially upon us! That means my kids and I are heading back on campus to our respective schools this week. That also means there are going to be some changes to the schedule.

This week we're registering for Monday morning Pilates with Alex, coming to the pop-up I'm hosting with Megan (one of my retreat cohosts), and taking note of the new schedule.

Over the past several months I've been looking at client trends: how most folx like to show up for classes, which classes are best attended, what I get the most positive feedback about.

The current FBW community shows up most consistently for online classes. I've also heard a ton of great things about the 30 minute Lunch Breaks I offered all summer.

Though I won't be able to offer Lunch Breaks at 1pm now that summer break is over, I am listening to the fact that these 30 minute classes were helpful when trying to schedule in movement during your busy days.

Starting this week, you will notice that Thursdays will now be 30 minute express classes. The same FBW format you've grown accustomed to, just at a quicker pace to get you in and out and on with your day.

In addition to this Thursday change, starting in September, Saturday classes will be shifting to online only. Attendance for in person classes has been down for some time now and I want to meet the community where it is.

Because some folx do enjoy meeting in person from time to time, I will be offering an in person class the second Sunday of every month. “Second Sundays” will be at 10am, as long as the weather permits, and are already up on the schedule for booking.

new schedule recap

** Tuesdays online, 45 minutes, 6:30pm (same)

** Thursdays online, 30 minutes, 6:30pm (new)

** Saturdays online, 45 minutes, 9:30am (new)

** Second Sundays in person, 45 minutes, 10am (new)

I hope these shifts make coming to class even more accessible for you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any suggestions.

Pass it on…
