Greetings Barre Bae,

 

I find it interesting how the communal energy shifts when kids go back to school, even if you don't have children in your own household. The carefree, laidback vibe starts to shift even though we technically have another month and a half of summer left. I, personally, would like to keep that fun summer energy going a little longer, even though my kids are back to school, and am trying my best to schedule summer activities throughout the rest of the season.

 

This week we're registering for the pop-up I'm hosting with Megan Spencer King, taking advantage of a much more accessible unlimited monthly membership, and finally signing up for the retreat that's happening in just two months!
