Our bodies are comprised mostly of water; this is why being near or in water is so healing for us. Water in one of its most beautifully organized expressions is the formation of waves. There is order, a process, and a returning. A spiral as well, which energetically resonates with our core human reality: the cyclical nature of all experiences and things in this world.
 
The trick is to be the surfer who can ride the wave and, like the best of surfers, also be the wave.
