After all these years being a coach and speaker, I'm still gobsmacked by the power of implementation.
Even in its simplest iteration, implementing an idea consistently will inevitably yield an exponentially greater payout.
Let me show you what I mean:
Last year I was hitting the stages for Tom Ferry's Buyer's Edge conferences. In front of rooms full of wide-eyed, hungry real estate agents, I shared the strategies and tools of some of the world's highest-producing agents.
My challenge to everyone in the room: implement one thing.
Flash forward several months later, I'm at a different TF conference, and an agent (let's call him Tony) approaches me. His big smile told me he had something exciting to share.
“Kristi, I just had to tell you that, a few months ago, I had no buyers in my pipeline. I kept getting ghosted. But after you told us about the Buyer's Agent Resume, I committed to sending one out to every buyer I've spoken with.”
PAUSE: Can I say how amazing it feels when someone tells me they've taken an idea I shared and actually RAN with it? It's pretty freaking cool.
Tony continued, “Because of that one small implementation, buyers started responding, and I've closed 2X more units YTD compared to last year. The resume has become a necessary part of my buyer consultation."
