You know those moments where something isn’t working…
and your first instinct is to push harder?
To keep doing what you planned, even when it’s clearly not clicking?
I’ve been there.
And I’ve learned that forcing something rarely leads to breakthroughs.
But possibility does.
Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is pause, zoom out, and ask,
“What else might be possible here?”
As a team, that mindset has changed everything for us.
When we stop trying to force the plan, and start looking for possibility,
we find new answers, new paths, new opportunities we didn’t see before.
Possibility is what allows us to pivot with purpose.
To stay rooted in vision without getting stuck in the “how.”
So if something isn’t landing the way we thought,
if the outcome feels off or the momentum is stalling…
It’s not failure. It’s feedback.
That’s our cue to get curious. To ask better questions.
To open the door to what else could work, what else is true,
and what else we haven’t thought of yet.
Let’s keep leading with possibility.
Because when we do, there’s always another way forward,
and it just might be better than the one we planned.
