Mandatory Gear Updates

Please review the updated mandatory gear list carefully to ensure your team is fully prepared. Every item on the list will be checked at gear inspection. The most recent version of the list can be found on our website.  Please note there are a few additional climbing gear items.   We will always update the website first, so please make sure you are working from the most recent document. We don't anticipate any further changes. If we do, we will send out a message in the WhatsApp. 

 

Pre-Orders & Rentals

Athletes can now pre-order and reserve the following items for race week:

Shuttles

Thank you to everyone who has submitted travel information.  

We’ve received the majority of details. If you requested a shuttle pick-up and/or drop-off, you’ve been added to our list and we have organized associated shuttle times. 

 

 

*If you have a flight that arrives right at the time of the shuttle, please book that shuttle time and make a note on your booking. It will take some time to load everyone's gear so we  will have time for you to join that shuttle.  Please make note of the when booking.

 

*We will track your flights, so if there are delays, we'll make sure your transport is covered.  If you have questions please email bookings@hoodooadventures.ca

Canoe Section

All equipment for the canoe stage will be provided, including paddles, PFDs, and required safety gear. Please note that athletes cannot use their own paddles only the canoe equipment supplied by the organizers for this section will be permitted.

Athlete Information & Registration

We have begun posting athlete bios. Please note: if your team is missing information from any member, your bio post will be moved to the back of the queue.

 

Below you’ll find a list of teams with incomplete information. We have also sent individual emails over the past few weeks outlining exactly what is missing. Please review & submit the outstanding details as soon as possible!!

 

If you are waiting on flight details, please enter “TBD” for now, use an approximate arrival date, and include a placeholder time so we can move forward.
