4 Under-30 Minute Meals I'll Be Relying on This Fall and Beyond

Some seasons, I’m on my game: elaborate recipes bookmarked, veggies chopped, TikTok cucumber salads prepped in the fridge. But as we enter fall, my schedule is filling up, and my will to do the most in the kitchen is at an all-time low. Lately, I’ve been living off my lazy girl dinner rotation.
 
At the center of it: grain bowls. They’re quick, don’t require a recipe, and feel like real food even when I’m running on fumes. My not-so-secret shortcut? Success Rice. They have pearl couscous, different types of rice, and quinoa that turn out fluffy every time, are ready in minutes, and make whatever I find in my fridge feel like a legit meal.
The formula is always the same (and always works):  a grain + a protein + veggies + something fun on top —fancy cheese, spicy sauces, or whatever’s calling your name.
