REST
Do you ever have a moment or moments where you feel like you need a break from reality for a few? Yeah...these past few days have been feeling like such - when only to realize that through all the transmutation of the challenges faced, I haven't taken the time to nourish my nervous system. I see what's a trigger, I FEEL it out, to processing and then to K.I.M (keeping it moving) because another said trigger or challenge surfaces. And back to it I go. WTH Turina is what I thought today.
See this is the very thing that I enjoy about the little nudges Life throws your way. And today I learned that..."girl you need to rest AND to chill out with drinking caffeine 🫣🫣🫣" to be able to hear myself and to slow down a bit. Like ahhh LOT. Because my Oura ring can for sure attest that something is off - lol. 🙃🙃🙃
But all to say creative fambam - take heed to when you are feeling like ughhhergrruruur 😖😖😖 and not really able to make sense of it. Might simply mean to slow down and REST. While also reassessing ways to nourish your nervous system.
For this week this looks like for me is resting ALOT, drinking water with LMNT salts, sans coffee for a few, crocheting,... And to take a beat from planning and strategizing as well because...it'll all work itself out.
