Start Sending Referrals Today

As a Dentrix practice already using DDX for lab case management, you’re familiar with how simple and efficient it makes working with your dental labs.  Now, you can extend those same benefits to referrals.

DDX REFERRALS

DDX Referrals lets you securely send and track referrals to specialists right from within Dentrix—using the same platform you already know. 

With DDX Referrals, you can:

with specialists through secure, digital case sharing.
 

✓ Track referral status
at a glance, so nothing slips through the cracks.
 

✓ Deliver better patient care
with smoother coordination between your office and referral partners.

Getting started is easy

► Log in to your existing DDX Account

►  Click on Go To My Partner dropdown

► Click the ‘+’ beside Specialist

►  Search for the Specialist that you wish to send the referral to

PARTNER SEARCH

If you cannot find your Specialist, click on the "Can’t find your Specialist" link and provide the details about the Specialist.

Your Specialist is now associated with your DDX account

 

► From the patient’s Chart in Dentrix, 
Click on the Case Manager Panel
 

► In the upper left corner of the Chart Panel, click New Referral
 

► Your browser will launch. Log in to DDX and 
follow the steps to complete your referral.
 

Referral details will be automatically posted back to the 
Dentrix Chart Panel, the Clinical Notes and the 
patient’s Document Center. 

 

 

 

► Log in to your DDX account
 

► In the top right corner, click New Task and New Referral for the appropriate Specialist
