September always feels like a turning point. The air cools, routines shift, and for many of us, it’s the moment we notice things we’ve been pushing aside: low energy, restless sleep, weight creeping on, or just not feeling like ourselves anymore.
 
I know what that feels like, not just as a doctor, but as someone who’s seen firsthand how traditional medicine often leaves people waiting until they’re “sick enough” for attention.
