It's been a few since I have simply enjoyed crocheting to work through the mind chatter. #therapysessions But for the past few days...I have been finding that there's something so peaceful about sitting outside - maybe listening to some tunes or simply tuning in and vibing with nature. That has been nourishing for me 😌😌😌

As I'd mention in last week’s newsletter - the main focus currently is nourishing my nervous system. Because what I have been realizing is the beauty in slowing the hell down and simply BEING. I say this all the time, but at times it simply doesn't register lol 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. And because…change is ahhh br3wing.

For this week’s focus I am gravitating towards detoxing, curating a better sleep schedule, crocheting as often as I can, and simply BEING in nature oh and deep meditation. There is truly something refreshing about the simple things as I navigate the beginnings of a new chapter.
