Please join us for a autumn seafood dinner prepared by Connecticut chefs whose passion is about ‘eating with the ecosystem.’ This special culinary experience will feature a three-course plated meal highlighting Long Island Sound’s ‘overlooked’ seafood while celebrating its incredible diversity - both beloved staples and forgotten treasures.

Seafood From The Sound will benefit SoundWaters, Eating with the Ecosystem and Foodshed Forum Fairfield County, regional neighbors within the New England food justice movement working towards resiliency within the food system. The evening will educate, celebrate
and connect around Long Island Sound as a sustainable food source with
a lasting history of providing sustenance along our coastline.

Foodshed Forum Fairfield County acknowledges the Munsee Lenape
Indigenous Nation, as the first stewards of Long Island Sound
and recognizes their place within its cultural legacy.

All tickets sales will go towards offsetting event expenses & support programmatic work of SoundWaters, Foodshed Forum Fairfield County & Eating with the Ecosystem.

Tickets will sell quickly, reserve your seat today!
