Do you ever have one of those nagging things that you just do not get done? Call it procrastination, or maybe just the fact you have no idea where to start – that was the issue with the ReCircled Website.

Originally completed in January 2020 –  ReCircled has evolved to Version 2.0, 3.0, and now Version 4.0. We can honestly say this does a pretty good job describing what we do today and the processes we are building will be one of the solutions for today and tomorrow. Solutions that will Scale to handle the sizable Waste and Energy issues.

Our original website was built around ideas for the Circular Economy for the footwear and fashion industry. Not only did we build a website, we built a facility around cleaning, repair and resale! Those days are over.   (If anyone wants a giant shoe cleaning system we actually invented, we will literally GIVE it to you – it's just gathering dust.)

Today we do not talk about the Circular Economy, instead we use terms like Material Transformation and Molecular Circularity. We talk about Harvesting components, and creating byproducts including Biofuels and Biochar. We have found an amazing way to help our Brand partners pay for all of this through Duty Drawback (which we are automating), and finally we talk about Data and Quantos, our internal Data Collection Machine.

We invite you to take a look – if you find typos or things that just do not make sense – please reach out, you will not hurt our feelings!

The final months of 2025 look promising with many initiatives underway including SCALED projects that will springboard us into 2026.

We welcome you to ReCircled 4.0 and invite you to explore and learn more about how we Think Differently. We're getting chills!

Cotton naturally captures atmospheric carbon, converting it into cellulose fibers used in apparel. However, when cotton garments reach the end of their useful life, most end up in landfills, losing their carbon storage potential. We know textile supply chain and sustainability professionals are looking for scalable solutions.

One promising approach is pyrolysis—a process that transforms cotton textile waste into biochar, permanently locking away biogenic carbon. Learn how this promising approach can help your organization meet sustainability goals, comply with evolving regulations, and create a more circular textile industry.

ReCircled is changing the game in waste management for fashion and footwear. Our proprietary process transforms complex waste streams—from textiles to shoes—into clean, regenerative outputs like natural gas, fuel oil, and carbon-rich biochar.

Built in collaboration with top engineering partners, our modular system scales from pilot programs to full industrial operations, helping brands hit net-zero goals faster and more efficiently.

What we turn waste into:
• Renewable fuels (natural gas + fuel oil)
• Carbon-rich biochar
• Regenerative fertilizers

We even create renewable electricity from the natural gas and fuel oil - which can be used to power your manufacturing plants or sold into the grid.

Who we work with:
Global leaders in fashion, luxury, and footwear manufacturing who are ready to scale sustainable solutions and think differently about waste.
Give us a call and let's get started!
