Chef Rosheen Kaul returns to Casa — one night only, Tuesday September 23 — serving up a special dinner to celebrate her national book launch tour Secret Sauce!
Rosheen is a chef, award-winning author & Australian food personality. Former head chef of Etta, Gourmet Traveller’s Victorian Restaurant of the Year 2023 and regular columnist at The Age Good Food and the Guardian.
Her unique approach to cooking celebrates her Singaporean Chinese & Kashmiri heritage, shaped by her European culinary training and keen understanding of the landscape of Melbourne dining. Since her departure from Etta in 2024, Rosheen has cooked extensively at some of Australia’s top venues, continuing to refine and diversify her culinary skills. Her breadth of training includes fine Chinese cuisine, British and Australian fine dining, traditional Southeast Asian cooking, and a particular keenness for intuitive open hearth and woodfire cooking!
