Standing Together After Tragedy

Yesterday’s tragic shooting at Annunciation Church has left many in our city shaken. What we can do to help is still uncertain, but if you’re looking for immediate action (and we’re a community of people who get stuff done), here are some ways to support:
Please take care of yourselves and each other. Minneapolis is resilient, and it’s in times like these that community matters most.

End-of-Summer Fulfillment

Before the leaves change, here are a few ways to wrap up summer feeling fulfilled:

Catch a Twins game at Target Field while the weather’s still patio-worthy.

One last lake day—try paddleboarding on Bde Maka Ska, sailing on Minnetonka, or a sunset walk around Lake of the Isles.

Farmers’ markets are peaking—stock up on late-summer tomatoes, sweet corn, and flowers from Mill City or Linden Hills.

Al fresco dining—grab a table at Spoon and Stable, Aster Café on the riverfront, or a brewery patio like Surly.

Neighborhood festivals—check out Open Streets, the State Fair, or a final food truck night.

Soak in the trails—bike the Greenway, run the Kenilworth Channel, or just stroll Boom Island at sunset.

Host a backyard dinner party with string lights and a grill.
Looking Ahead

This fall feels like a new chapter. I recently earned my designation as a Global Luxury Specialist with Coldwell Banker and as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. For you, that means I’ve got sharper tools, stronger resources, and a deeper network—whether you’re buying your first home or selling something at the top of the market. Titles aside, it’s about growing in my craft so I can keep showing up for the people I work with.

If real estate is on your mind—whether it’s making a move before winter, checking in on your home’s value, or just talking through options—I’d love to be a resource. And if it’s not? That’s perfectly fine too. Let’s still catch up over coffee or at the lakes.
