Regeneration doesn’t just happen. It’s planted, nurtured, and passed on.
Students from MacKillop College joined us for a day of hands-in-the-dirt learning — planting trees across the site and broad bean seedlings in our Organic Kitchen Garden. Once harvested, those beans will end up on guests’ plates.
Why does it matter?
Because growing food grows care. Because connection to land creates stewardship. And because the future needs people who know how to plant, feed, and regenerate — for real.
