Unlock the Power of DDX: 
A User-Friendly Portal for Seamless Communication and Account Management
 
Your accounts are now ready for DDX, a helpful tool for communication. 

To help you feel more confident, take a moment to explore what your customers will see when they log into their accounts. This experience will prepare you for any common questions they might have. 

You can access your accounts through the portal, which has various features to help customers manage their lab activities. The layout is designed to make it easy for them to find what they need. 
 
You’ll also see any advertisements you’ve created displayed on the right side of the screen.
 

USERS & ADDING Users

On the very top right of the screen is the user, followed by the practice name. Additional users can be added by pressing on the practice name, selecting users, and adding the user here. Practices may add as many users as they want.

Occasionally, users will want to change their name or their email address.  This can be done by going to the user name at the top and choosing My Account.

Users may also want to configure when they get email notifications.  As they scroll down on the edit user page, they will see choices for emails when certain activities happen.

NEW TASKS: NEW Case or Pick Request

On the left side of the screen, your account will most commonly display 'Go to my Partner' and allow you to select your lab.  They will see the Dashboard with the menus you have chosen from the Permissions tab in Lab Details.

This section on the left is split into three categories: 
Cases, Finances and General.
The Cases Section allows your customer to enter a case, view cases by when they were created and open cases in the lab.

FINANCES
The Finances Section incorporates the Account Balance, Account Payment, Statements and Price list.  Please note the Pay button that shows in several places.  If you are integrated with WorldPay, the pay button will provide the account with a place to enter and store their credit card information, and the payment will reduce the balance in Labnext and send the money to the bank. If you are not integrated, a payment authorization will be created to allow you to run their credit card and post the payment in Labnext.

General Preferences is the setup for ebilling.  This is the place where users can be designated to receive the ebilling notification.
 

AT A GLANCE 
The middle section of the Dashboard will show different information based on the selection that is highlighted.
 
At a Glance shows details about cases and case type

The Promotions will show the coupons you offer

And Account Balance is the same as the menu on the left in the finances section.
