It's a short one this week, because we just want to remind you of one thing:
You have to plan your time off, or you won't get any.
The realtor life can be a hectic one. Open houses and showings on weekends, phone calls at all hours. Maybe it feels like you have to keep that up perpetually in order to reach your goals. But guess what? You need rest. And in our profession it takes intentionality to get that. So as we look ahead to Q4, to next year, or even just this week, it's up to you to schedule your down time and protect it.
