My friend,
It's time to rewrite a few things. Well, ONE thing specifically.
Back in February, I threw a book release party without a book. Not because the book wasn’t finished, but because of a design issue. And here we are. It’s September, and still no launch.
Over a year ago, I signed up for
Flodesk to send out weekly emails. Aside from a few sporadic bursts? Still no launch.
Almost a year ago, someone at a conference challenged me to get my website up. Almost a year later? Still no launch.
Unfortunately, up until now, failure to launch has been a part of my story. And maybe it’s been a part of yours too.
But here’s the thing: today is a new day.
Instead of overanalyzing the “why” or drafting a 10-step plan to get unstuck.
Let's keep it simple with a deadline and accountability.
Too many of us are waiting on perfect when what we really need is done. Not the flawless version. Just the best version we can drop today. Because every time we stall, it doesn’t just delay the project. It chips away at our confidence. It teaches us to second-guess ourselves, to distrust our own voice and ideas, to shrink instead of show up. And that comes at a cost.
So let’s rewrite the script and launch something. Let’s release the best version of what we’ve got—right now.
For me, that deadline is set:
3 days. September 10, 2025. 5 PM EST.
