MOUNTAIN
Wheeweeeeee I tell you guys what...these past few weeks have been one of weird, emotional, pivots, and uncomfortable af moments. At times I find that I question myself and wonder where is this sense of play? Where is this essence of childlike wonder ya know....

When embarking on this thang called Life and becoming aware...It's not so apparent that the path leading up to the life you desire is ever so ahhh mind cluster of sorts. It's tricky and a mindfuck majority of the time and ya find ya self sitting on the shower floor balling ya eyes to release and surrender to the very ISNESS of the moment.
This year thus far has been one of an uphill climb but through each step that I take towards the top of the mountain. I find that I am embracing and honoring the process. Many times I want to give up and just wail like a 2 year old. But deep within my soul...I find the courage to get up and keep going.
So for this week, I want to remind you guys to embrace, embody, and enjoy the experience of the CLIMB towards the life that FEELS in alignment with and for you. As always BE kind to ya self as you continue to navigate the unknown. Because in truth the clearing is just right up ahead!!! So close ya eyes and simple BE in the very ISSNESS of this thang called Life..
