Are you a resident, property owner, or business owner in the Littleton DDA boundaries? If so, you're invited to come mingle with the Downtown Littleton community! WHEN: Tuesday, October 21st | 4:00pm - 5:30pm WHERE: Shift Workspaces, 3rd Floor | 2679 Main Street WHAT: Community Happy Hour | Lite bites will be provided by Sushi Basho WHY: The Littleton DDA staff wants to meet you, introduce you to our community and Board of Directors, and provide the business community with opportunities to collaborate, create and partner with our downtown community. This event is free but participants must register. Participants must be a resident, business owner, or property owner or employed within the Littleton DDA boundaries. |

Resilient Businesses Workshop |

The LDDA does not host, sponsor, or produce this program, but shares this information to ensure that businesses have access to important program details such as attendance info, location, etc. “Resilient Businesses: Planning for Disruptions and Disasters” – Sponsored by LBC, City of Littleton, Arapahoe County, and SCORE September 18th at 9am | City of Littleton Building | 2255 W Berry Ave. This workshop focuses on helping small business owners and managers understand and prepare for events that can disrupt their business. As we’ve seen in our local past and in disasters in other communities, businesses are impacted by many different types of natural and man-made disasters. The best defense is to be prepared and have a plan for what to do and how to do it if and when disaster strikes. This workshop combines the experience and knowledge from SCORE, Arapahoe County Emergency Management and the Small Business Administration to help small business owners prepare in the event of a business disruption. Participants will learn: - The definition of continuity planning
- Key elements and topics to be considered in business continuity planning.
- Fundamentals of Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP)
- Resources available to small businesses in a disaster
- Disaster related SBA programs available to small businesses

Upcoming Street Closure for Longer Tables Event |

The Longer Tables Littleton event takes place on Wednesday, September 24th. The event begins at 6pm and the City will close the street at 12pm on Sept 24th. "NO PARKING" signs will be up at 2:00 AM that morning and flyers regarding closure and towing will be placed on parked cars until noon. |

Get ready for a spooktacular time in Downtown Littleton as families are invited to enjoy a FREE community Trick-or-Treat event on Sunday, October 26th. Kids will dress up in their favorite costumes and stroll through our charming district, collecting treats from participating businesses along the way. All ground level shops, restaurants, and businesses are encouraged to be part of the magic by handing out candy to trick-or-treaters right outside your storefront. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with local families, showcase your business, and help create a safe and festive Halloween tradition for our community.
