New Listings: 942 (down 2.5% from last year)
New Pendings: 502 (down 14.6% from last year)
Sales to List Price: 91.8% (closer to asking than last year)
Trend: Homes are selling quicker than last year, prices are steady, and most are closing about 3% under list. Buyers have room to negotiate, but sellers who price smart can still move quickly.
