Revitalizing Johnson's Original Vision
BOSTON |  A highlight of Philip Johnson’s postmodern portfolio, International Place is undergoing a thoughtful renovation that elevates the original design vision to meet contemporary standards. The Wintergarden's iconic ceiling-mounted water feature is being re-engineered to improve functionality and ensure lasting impact. Outside, a lush plaza transforms the entry experience, replacing the former expressway-facing approach with a seamless connection to the Rose Kennedy Greenway.

Century City Looks to the Future
LOS ANGELES | At 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles, a once-barren landscape has been transformed into a vibrant workplace and streetscape. Two isolated 1970s-era towers surrounded by a sea of concrete have been reimagined as a unified campus connected by lush landscaping. The project brings comfort and reprieve to the street edge, creating an inviting urban environment.

A New Era for an Urban Landmark
SAN FRANCISCO | OJB revitalized the 1982 landmark plaza and surrounding public realm at 101 California Street to enhance the urban experience. Originally designed by Philip Johnson and Bill Callaway, the renovation honors the original grid and geometries with new greenery that mitigates the urban heat island effect. This transformation creates a welcoming and comfortable space for year-round use in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District.
