Assalamu-Alaikum ICN Al-Falah Academy Families!
If this Saturday is your child’s first day attending Al-Falah Academy and they did not check in last week, please visit the Check-In Table located outside Door 5 (west of the Main Entrance).
We will:
- Complete your child’s check-in
- Confirm tuition payment
- Share classroom information
After check-in, students will enter the building according to the procedures listed below. Please note: For the safety of our students and staff, parents are not permitted inside the building.
Drop-Off & Dismissal Procedures
To ensure the safety of our students and Al-Falah families, please follow the traffic flow indicated by the traffic cones, our Security volunteers, and the Aurora Police Officers.

Arabic Program
🕒 8:45 AM - Door 6
Students will line up by Arabic level and walk with their teachers to class.
Regular Classes
🕒 10:00 AM
- PreK, KG, & 1st Grade - Door 6
Students will meet teachers in the gym and walk together to classrooms. - 2nd–7th Grades & Youth Program - Door 1 (Main Entrance)
- Special Needs Program - Door 24
➤ Dismissal / Pick-Up
- PreK, KG, & 1st Grade
🕒 1:10–1:20 PM — Door 6
A parent must pick up their child in person.
The "Sibling Pickup Form" will be shared in next week’s newsletter and will begin on September 27, inshaAllah. - 2nd–7th Grades & Youth Program
🕒 1:20–1:30 PM — Doors 2, 3, or 4
Please speak with your child about your family's meet up location after school (ex: “Meet me by Door 3”). - Special Needs Program
🕒 1:10 PM — Cafeteria Door
Please drive to the first cafeteria door located at the back of the building.
School Supplies
Please ensure your child attends school each day with all their supplies including:
- Backpack (with Al-Falah provided ID badge)
- Al-Falah provided textbooks
- Hijab (for girls)
Prayer Expectations
Please remind your child of the following prayer expectations:
- The school day concludes when the students have completed Dhuhr salah.
- All students should come to school with wudu and wear prayer-appropriate clothing.
- If needed, students may make wudu before coming down for lunch, but will not have time after lunch.
- ALL students must sit on the prayer mats, listen to the pre-salah talk, and maintain respect during salah.
- Phone use is prohibited in the gym between 1:00–1:25 PM.
