When did you start daydreaming?
Was it when the world felt noisy and you needed a quiet escape? Were you just a toddler, drifting into your imagination without words? Or maybe you were in school, gazing out the window on a beautiful day, letting your mind wander into brighter, more exciting places.
I’ve been thinking about this lately—how those early moments were actually the seeds of creative visualization. What begins as daydreaming becomes something deeper when we’re open to the joy of wondering. Like a garden, the more we tend to our imagination, the more it blossoms—sometimes into wild and unexpected beauty.
🌱 Every dream begins as a whisper of possibility. But it only takes root when we listen.
If you’ve ever tried creative visualization, prayer, or meditation—have you noticed any results? Did your thoughts return to you as opportunities, conversations, unexpected gifts? Maybe you've watched The Secret, or read the book, and felt inspired. But even if you haven’t, I believe that you already carry the wisdom you need—right inside you.
I didn’t start with much instruction. My journey began through self-work and deep curiosity. The mentors I met along the way weren’t always the ones I expected. Some taught through example, and others... through challenge. I learned that even those I didn’t trust taught me valuable lessons about boundaries. And then there were those who helped me see how to go deeper within, and shape a better life through inner clarity.
Do you remember when the Beatles brought a guru to the U.S.? I do. People laughed at it back then. Someone asked me what I thought, and I said, “Give it time—people will look back and wish they had started learning how to meditate then, because now it feels harder.”
Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated. To me, it means going inside, breathing deeply, and getting still. The mind’s chatter is just background noise—like a ticker tape of passing headlines. I used to imagine bagging it up and sending it off on a ship at sea. These days, I picture it floating off into the universe—homeless garbage that doesn’t belong in my space.
So how do we go from daydreaming to manifesting something real?
Here’s what I’ve found: the clearer and more heartfelt the vision, the more likely the universe sends a return signal. That signal might be a result, or it might be a lesson—feedback that helps refine our dream. Sometimes, the dream itself wasn’t meant to stay. Like a breeze on a hot day, it served its moment and passed.
In my 40s, I kept seeing a vision of myself boarding planes to faraway places. At that point, I had only ever traveled within the U.S. and the Caribbean. I had no idea what the vision meant. But I saw it clearly, over and over.
Then, in my late 50s, I was introduced to Young Living. I fell in love with the oils, the chemistry, the history—and shared it simply because I believed in it. I never expected it would turn into something larger. But it did.
Suddenly, I had thousands of people in my team. Young Living began sending me on cruises, flying me to conferences across the U.S., to Canada, and even the Mediterranean. Clients in Ireland and Spain began inviting me. My earlier vision had come to life—but in a way I never could’ve planned. The dream had bloomed, but the garden looked different than I imagined.
🎨 Creative visualization isn’t about controlling outcomes—it’s about giving your soul a canvas and letting the colors flow.
When I visualize now, I focus on making the experience as real as possible: feeling it with all my senses, hearing the words I’d speak, seeing the light around me. Then I send it off—grateful, grounded, and open.
I close with the words: “Sealed in faithfulness.”
That, according to Dr. Rocco Errico—an expert in Aramaic interpretation—is the original meaning of amen.
So today I ask you:
What visions live inside you?
What dream have you tucked away that might be ready to grow roots on this Earth?
Nurture them. Wonder about them. Bring them into the light.
And may the ones meant for you arrive through the grace of love and the power of your heart.
With warmth and belief in your dreams,
Nancy
