For our Homeschool Meditation Mondays, we’ll enjoy lunch in community after sound and meditation. Encourage your child to help pack it with love, awareness, and creativity.
Here’s how:
🍎 Fruit that makes you smile~maybe it’s an apple, grapes, or something juicy and fun.
🥪 A sandwich with a touch of sweetness~spread a little honey or jam on it to remind you that life is sweet.
🥨 Crunch time~ chips or crackers? You choose!
🥕 Your favorite veggie ~grab the one that makes your body feel good and strong.
🧃 Share the joy~bring a six-pack of your favorite juice to share with the group.
After meditation, a special treat will be provided to close our meal with sweetness.
This practice helps children learn how to make intentional choices about what they eat and connect the food on their plate with how it makes them feel.
