Hello teams!  Buses are rolling into town, fences are going up and the excitement is building for Monday!  Please find instructions for your check in and itineraries for the start of the event below.  If you see any conflicts with changes in your flight times, let us know right away!

Registration & Photos

Registration is located in the blue container just as you walk into the park.  

 

  1. Sign your paperwork (bring ID & insurance)

2. Pick up your bear spray and climbing helmet (if applicable).

3. Get your bibs.

4. Take your team photo. 

 

You can come to this booth any time you like throughout the day.  

Mandatory Gear Check Schedule

Water Check -  This includes packraft/paddle gear and skills check.  Racers must demonstrate that your floatation device actually floats with you in it, and that, if should come out of your boat, you can get back in!

 

Gear Check - ensure you have your mandatory gear!

 

Climb/Ropes Check - clip on and off the rope and demonstrate rope attachment to your ATC safely - skill assessment for rappelling.

Weigh In

 

Weigh scales will be available ahead of time to pre-weigh your gear but it must be checked off by officials at your assigned weigh in time and loaded.

Gear Storage

Bike boxes and paddle bags can be dropped from 12pm onward at the event village today, Sept. 20th.

 

We have secure and monitored storage in the event village for your belongings during the race.  Please give yourself enough time to drop these items before lock down on the 24th.   Schedule below.

WE WILL WALK INTO THE EVENT VILLAGE TOGETHER FROM THERE - LEAD BY OUR LOCAL HERIDITARY CHIEFS.  PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND ARRIVE ON TIME WEARING YOUR RACE BIBS.
