Starting in October, we will be adding sliders to our workout props collection. I love sliders because they are lightweight and take up practically no space, but pack a major punch when it comes to adding challenge to our movement. Sliders, like the barre ball and resistance bands, add a layer of intensity to our workouts, while still keeping it low impact.
Below are links to find sliders from two different price points. I also love using non grip socks on hard wood floors as a great slider substitute.
