Busy season runs August–January, with peak volume in November–January. Jonas Fitness – Customer Service Representative I. Full-time. Remote (U.S.). Serve as the first point of contact for fitness club members, assisting with billing questions, cancellations, freeze requests, and payment updates. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls/emails, troubleshooting account issues, logging interactions, contacting members with past due balances, and providing software support while meeting call center performance goals. Requires high school diploma (some college preferred), prior help desk or call center experience, strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must demonstrate patience, attention to detail, and effective time management. Scheduled 40 hours/week. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

 

Paid Viewpoint - Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long to cash out. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

 

North Hospitality – Support Services Specialist II. Full-time. Remote (U.S.). Provide technical support to clients using Oracle Simphony 1 or 2, handling hardware/software/networking issues, hardware orders/configuration, Salesforce CRM ticketing, POS data entry, hardware swaps, and inventory tracking. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), at least 1 year of call center support experience specifically with Oracle Simphony, and 1+ year of technical customer service. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, general computer knowledge, and familiarity with MS Office/Google Suite. One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required. Pay \$20–\$31/hour (based on experience/location). Research Transcriptions – Certified Research Transcriptionist (CRT). Contract. Remote (U.S. only). Equivity – Virtual Paralegal (Multiple Specialties). Freelance/Contract. Remote (U.S. and Northern Mexico only). Provide legal support to attorneys and law firms in areas including estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, family law, litigation, elder law, corporate, and intellectual property. Duties may include drafting and reviewing documents, case management, client communication, and legal research. Must have a paralegal certificate and/or degree, strong writing and organizational skills, and experience in one or more practice areas. Requires reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Flexible hours with part-time to full-time availability depending on client needs. Compensation is project-based and competitive, depending on experience and practice area.
