Home for less than twenty four house from my annual NINC (Novelists Inc.) writer's conference to St. Pete Beach, I have so many thoughts swirling in my head. I'll need an entire newsletter to give shout-outs to fellow friends and authors I connected with over the last week. But with an overflowing inbox and woefully neglected social media accounts to update, I'll instead leave you with this pic of me in my friend Nathan's plane from last week. A few years ago, I was so terrified to fly I took medication every time. Last week, I spent some of my favorite minutes of an incredibly joyous trip in the back seat of a small plane I never imagined climbing into. Sometimes strength isn’t about slaying dragons or conquering kingdoms… it's about climbing into the very plane you once swore you’d never set foot in, and daring to enjoy the ride. 💪

WIP/Release Update: Still plotting for Bachelor Pact #4, final in series

 

My medieval side is stirring again. I’ve been thinking about the Brotherhood of the Border series and how much I love those knights and castles. Some of you have asked about more in that world, and while I can’t promise another full book right now, I’ve been toying with the idea of a little story…something short and special, just for us. Because let’s be honest, there’s always room for one more stolen kiss in a castle.

Last week, Fate of Echoes & Embers (Issa and Marek's story) released. 🌊⚔️ Pirates, magic, danger, and that relentless kind of love that doesn’t back down. Writing this book reminded me why I fell in love with romantasy…high stakes, world-saving quests, and the moments where the only thing more powerful than magic is love itself.
