It's officially fall, and while it may not be crisp and cool here in Thailand, I still am keeping a pulse on the seasonal changes. Recently, my agent from Jewel Branding joined us on a call in The CatCoq Collective (my private surface design community), and she dropped a lot of value bombs for my students. 

 

One thing she mentioned is how important seasonal collections are for agents and retailers. So as we head into a new season, I wanted to share a bit more about what a seasonal collection is and how to make one!

With seasonal collections in mind, the next few weeks of prompts are going to be focused on fall-themed motifs! This week your #CreateWithCatCoq challenge is to draw autumn leaves! 

 

To participate in the #CreateWithCatCoq challenge, simply follow the prompt and post a photo of your work on Instagram with the hashtag #CreateWithCatCoq and tag me @catcoq in the actual photo. Instagram has made it harder to find hashtag posts these days, so tagging me in the photo itself is the best way to make sure I see it.
