Now that we've crossed the 20 ‘issue’ threshold I thought it might be time for a re-calibration of what this is.

 

I initially called this thing 'GarbageTrash' because I didn't want to put pressure on myself. Undercut the seriousness of the whole idea. 

You wouldn't take something called GarbageTrash seriously?

Would you? 

 

I just wanted a place to share photos, happy snap type stuff with a little more intention than an Instagram post. That was about 2 ½ years ago.

 

Hey… a clip of roughly one a month? That's better than I thought it would be tbh. 

Here is a self portrait from today with some window light at the studio that I share with Anthony and Caroline.

I want to re-introduce this as something with slight purpose. 

We're not going to change the world here, friends. 

But we can stay in touch and share art and support each other through these trying times. 

If you respond to these e-mails, I do read them and I treasure the correspondence. I'm not active on the big social media platforms anymore, and sometimes that can lead to feeling disconnected.
