How long is the program?
It's a 4-week journey with one workout a day, but feel free to take it at your own pace.
Is it for beginners?
No. This program has level 2 and 3 technique level workouts, not suitable for beginners.
Tips for starting the Program
On your first day, make sure to sign up for my Program emails. You get one a week. These are made to track your progress, to help you stay consistent, and to offer any tips I may have. The first email includes a workout schedule.
