Hi, I’m M, chief feel-good officer at Mental Health Activity. Because you’re in the Feel-Good Club, you’re getting this little Friday bundle of joy. Every week, I prep the week ahead with one free tool, two fun activities, and three fuel-up finds. Hope you enjoy them! |

Do you have a self-care plan? If not, you’re getting one this week! Look what I have for you: a colorful handout to map out your self-care. It’s one of the favorites from our TPT shop, and it’s free from today until next week, October 3. |

Photo I took this week. 1- We are officially in Autumn! The season of colors, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon. For me, it’s the season of long walks and tree-watching. In October, I want to walk more. A challenge of 200,000 steps for the whole month! Wanna do it too? Oh, I said October! You can download this calendar and use the October wallpaper. Free for sure! 2- October is Caffeine Addiction Recovery Month! That means decaf coffee and tea. I wanna do that. I like knowing I have control over my caffeine level. I also like these challenges because they give me a reason to be proud of myself and celebrate, and I need more of both in my life. Wanna do it? Decaf October! |

1- This week’s animation is a bit longer (15 minutes) but watch it. It’s really cute and lovely. Imagine that orchestra in your life. 2- I found an interesting organization and saved it for this week. October 1st is International Day of Older Persons and this organization supports older adults. It’s called Supporting Our Seniors (SOS). I miss my grandparents. I love older people’s stories, but I don’t have any elders around me right now. (Yep, that kind of immigration life where you miss your grandparents.) I wanted to fill a tiny bit of that hole in my heart and found SOS. It’s like a matchmaking service between older adults and younger people who want an older friend to hang out with and have tea and tart in the afternoon. Isn’t it cool? 3- I want to read a book this month: Brooklyn by Colm Tóibín. Two reasons: I heard the story happens in autumn, and I’m traveling to Brooklyn in two weeks. Whenever I travel, I read a book set in that city. Wanna read it and share thoughts together? If more than 3 people chime in, I’ll make a simple group email (a tiny book club) and we can talk about it. |

That’s all for this week. I’ll bring more good stuff next Friday. If you find cool things, reply to this email and share. I love getting messages from you! Big hug, M |
