World Food Day 2025: Register Now Join us on Thursday 16 October at the Fokker Terminal in The Hague where we will explore “Partnerships that Feed the Future.” The event features 25+ in-depth side sessions, 4 interactive zones for learning and connections, an ample opportunities for networking. In addition, Pitch Your Partnership finalists will pitch their best ideas live and you, the audience, will vote for the winner. African Food System Forum 2025 – Partnerships in Dakar The 2025 edition of the AFS forum was dedicated to Africa’s Youth, and the need for them to “lead and implement Agri‑Food Systems Transformation”. During the event, NFP helped organise what turned out to be a very popular booth, together with  partners AgriGRADE, Challenge Fund for Youth Employment, Delphy, INCLUDE, SNV, Wageningen University & Research, WUR Student Challenges, Youth Food Lab and Young Expert Programmes. Each partner brought their expo materials and videos to attract and inform visitors. |

Global Partnership on the True Price of Food – Engaging the Private Sector Following a summer round table, the Global Partnership on the True Price of Food (GPTPF) brought private sector stakeholders together for a working session to explore co-developing a joint consumer-facing communications and awareness campaign. The discussions showed how collective engagement can accelerate momentum for true pricing and broaden public awareness of food system impacts. Biodiversity as a Foundation – Reflections from IPBES Day NL-IPBES Day brought together policy makers, researchers and practitioners for a robust exchange on the newly released Nexus and Transformative Change assessment reports from IPBES, the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services.  The discussions reinforced the need for joint action that integrates biodiversity into food system solutions, highlighting its role as a driver of resilience and sustainability. |

SeedNL – Call for Input: Seed Law Toolbox Concept Note 2025 SeedNL is seeking feedback on the 2025 concept note for the Seed Law Toolbox (SLT). The toolbox supports countries in addressing regulatory bottlenecks in seed systems, aiming to balance farmers’ and breeders’ rights and foster inclusive seed sector development. Partners and stakeholders are invited to review the concept note and share input to help shape the next phase. |
