Shortage of Smaller Floor Plans

Developers Still Active
Developers continue purchasing homes in need of upgrades. In September, two St. Tropez models were purchased, including one with an unusually large yard. Both should return to the market as remodeled homes by late fall. If you’d like an early look before they are listed, let me know.
