Grateful for a Community That Cares

This November, we’re giving thanks for YOU!Ā
We are grateful for our volunteers, donors, and the community who make independence possible for hundreds of older adults every day.

Every mile driven, every meal delivered, every moment shared is an act of gratitude and proof that we live in a community of neighbors who care.
Ā
Every day, we’re reminded how fortunate we are to be surrounded by people whose giving hearts inspire our continued gratitude.
Ā
Let us celebrate a season of giving, gratitude, and community.

Mary and Dee just finished this puzzle together, and the smiles on their faces show the joy and friendship these visits bring.

Living alone can be hard, and many seniors go days without meaningful interaction. That’s why our Friendly Visits program matters so much. Many of our neighbors look forward to them all week, knowing someone will come to share conversation, work on a puzzle, or simply enjoy a laugh together.

These visits don’t just help pass the time. They ease loneliness, reduce isolation, spark laughter, and build meaningful friendships.
