Hi Friends! I had a fabulous 10 days in London with my daughter, helping her settle into her first year of graduate school. We celebrated her birthday with high tea at the Mandarin Oriental, took a day trip to Bath, and experienced an incredible exhibition on Planet Earth at the Natural History Museum. We also saw The Great Gatsby the Musical and enjoyed lots of walking, shopping, and dining. Most importantly, I got my Indian food fix! I'm so happy to say, she's settling in, making friends, and enjoying her International Relations studies. Big Mama sighs in relief! |

👩🍳 NUTRITION TIP OF THE WEEK |
|
As temperatures drop, take advantage of the season's nutritional powerhouses. Fall produce, such as butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, and apples, is at its peak flavor and packed with nutrients for optimal immunity, making it perfect for the cooler months. Quick tip: Roast a big batch of mixed fall vegetables (squash, sweet potatoes, cauliflower) on Sunday with olive oil and herbs. Store them in the fridge and toss them into grain bowls, omelets, or salads throughout the week. You'll get more fiber, vitamins A and C, and satisfy your hunger longer—all while supporting local farmers when you buy seasonal. |

Until next time, have a delicious week! |
