Our story with the Westcliff Hotel goes all the way back to 1997 one of the first major projects I was involved in while working at Stancom Precast.
It was an exciting time, as the hotel was being built into what would become one of Johannesburg’s most prestigious landmarks.
At that stage, we were responsible for manufacturing and supplying all the precast concrete copings, window sills, balustrading, columns,Pier caps, dado mouldings, staircase rises and door and window surrounds.

It was a proud moment a project that helped shape my early career and set the foundation for what would later become Modcon Precast.
