FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 7, 2025

High Bar First Nation (HBFN) welcomed community members, neighbours, and friends to Clinton Memorial Hall for a day of reflection, connection, and culture in honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (NDTR).
The event, themed “A Day Rooted in Culture and Healing,” brought people together to honour Survivors, remember those who never made it home, and continue the important work of healing and reconciliation.

The day included cultural activities, drumming, and a community walk around Clinton, followed by a shared lunch and time for connection. Participants were encouraged to bring their drums and their voices in unity and reflection.

High Bar First Nation extends gratitude to all who took part in this meaningful day of remembrance and unity.
