Introducing World Pay Integration

World Pay enables you to accept credit card payments directly within the software, allowing your DDX customers to post payments themselves.

Part of the process in becoming a World Pay customer is to create your access My IQ account. Once this step is completed, the integration between Labnext and WorldPay occurs in the store.

A separate phone call is required to enable online checking(ACH).  Once that setting is enabled on your account, it will also be enabled in the store.
 
In Labnext, you will notice the following changes:
 
When you post a payment and have selected your customer and a credit card type, the following window will appear:

 You will enter the card details and proceed to post the payment as you are accustomed to doing.
 
If you want to save the credit card information to file for later processing, press the small blue Add button.  This will save the credit card details in the account record in the 'Account on File' tab.  

It will look like this:

The next time you post a payment, you can change the selection from 'credit card' to 'account on file' and choose the card to process.

Payments will be reflected in the postings table, and an authorization code link will be provided. Clicking this link will display the transaction details.

When logging into DDX, your customers can post their own credit card payments.  They can also save their cards and view their payment history.
After logging in and choosing your lab, the financial menus on the left are controlled from Labnext in the Lab Details Permissions tab.

From DDX, they will look like this:

The account balance option will allow your customer to enter an amount and provide their card details.

Their history shows in their payments menu.

On the lab side, you can receive email notifications by setting up your user to receive them.

Labnext has payment reports to support your needs.  Your access to the My IQ account can also be used to confirm details.
 
There is now an added filter in the payments filter from the postings table.  This allows you to view the status of the ACH transactions.

The activity log will also display the status.  This can be found by navigating to the dashboard, then selecting the 'Alerts and Activity' option in the lower right corner, and finally choosing the 'Activity' tab, followed by filtering by 'Payments'.  Following is an example of a transaction that has been processed and one that is pending.

When a payment is pending, it will be updated to reflect the status once the payment clears the bank.
As with current payment postings, the host response shows on the payment receipt.
