City Update: Project Downtown - Phase 1
Main Street Moving Forward!
We’re thrilled to share that City Council has officially approved a funding strategy to move forward with the Main Street phase of Project Downtown! The decision to issue debt for this transformational investment reflects the City’s strong commitment to reinvesting in our downtown core and ensuring Littleton’s continued vitality.

While detailed timelines and designs are still ahead, this approval marks a major milestone. The City will begin work to select design and construction partners, with community engagement planned throughout the process. The Littleton DDA will remain actively involved to ensure that the voices of downtown businesses are heard every step of the way.

This once-in-a-generation project represents a commitment to revitalizing our historic Main Street, enhancing the streetscape, and sustaining a vibrant business environment for years to come. We’ll continue to keep you informed as plans progress and we’re excited to partner with the City on behalf of our business community to make Project Downtown a success!

Seasonal Transition of CSG Services
Image item
As we approach the winter season, CSG will begin transitioning our clean and maintenance services to our snow removal program. These services have positively impacted our downtown community as we strive to create a downtown that is clean and safe, both improving the visitor experience and attracting more businesses.

2025-2026 Snow removal services will include all public rights of way along Main Street and Alamo Avenue between Rapp Street and Bega Street and all North-South side streets connecting Main and Alamo including Rapp, Curtice, Nevada and Prince Streets.

LDDA snow removal standard operating procedure dictates a 0" (zero inch) tolerance meaning that at the first sign of moisture, crews will be deployed to begin treatment of these areas.

The LDDA will continue to send snow removal plans and procedures in the coming months and before each snow storm (as applicable).
