Check in with yourself.

One of the most powerful key habits you can develop is asking yourself: What am I doing to take care of myself today? 🔑

We spend so much time rushing from one thing to the next that we often forget to pause and check in. Giving yourself that space to reflect isn’t indulgent—it’s essential.

Self-awareness is the foundation of well-being. Taking a moment to assess how you’re really doing helps you understand and meet your needs. If you overlook your fatigue, hunger, or thirst, how can you expect to perform—or feel—at your best?

Steps to Success ➡️
  1. Set a reminder on your phone to check in with yourself at least once a day.
  2. Pause and ask: How am I feeling right now? What do I need?
  3. Notice your actions: What am I doing to take care of myself today?
  4. Show yourself kindness: Pay attention to how it feels when you choose compassion over criticism.
Try Your Own Experiment ➡️
Track your daily check-ins for a week.
  • If you’re not feeling your best most days, that’s a signal—it’s time to strengthen habits that support your well-being.
  • If you’re doing great most of the time, celebrate that! Keep doing what’s working.
Gentle Reminder ➡️
Each day is different. If today feels hard, remember—tomorrow is a fresh start. Don’t be too hard on yourself when challenges arise.

Instead, simply notice how you’re doing, ask what you need, and do one small thing to nurture yourself.

Then rinse and repeat. Every. Single. Day. đź’«

Affirmation: I prioritize my well-being and make time to reconnect with myself daily.
