The 10th annual Noël en Acadie Christmas Show sold out the 1,800-seat Casino of Moncton, celebrating a decade of music, comedy, and Acadian holiday spirit. Singer-songwriter Laurie LeBlanc, organizer of the event, is excited to collaborate with the CTV Christmas Daddies Telethon, an important annual charity raising funds for children and families in need, by offering two performances from the Christmas Show: Laurie LeBlanc with Guylaine Chiasson performing a bilingual “Silent Night,” and Patsy Gallant performing “The Christmas Song.” Fans were also able to purchase special 10th-anniversary Christmas balls donated by the organizers, with a $250 donation to Christmas Daddies and $250 to Arbre de l’espoir (cancer support).

“Old School In you” - Abygale Durie and Corey Barker collaborated to write a song that delivers a heartfelt tribute to the kind of love that doesn’t go out of style. The Hunter Brothers wrapped their Homegrown Nights Tour on a high note, with half of the dates selling out across the run. Mixing fan-favourite hits with brand-new music from their latest EP All Kinds of Country (released Nov. 7), the group delivered a one-of-a-kind energy that lit up every room they stepped into.

The EP showcases a dynamic collection of tracks, including the title song featuring Lathan Warlick, and “Truckin’,” which launched as the project’s focus track on release day. She released the official music video on July 14th and it has garnered over 55k views. Jess released The Encore Mixes EP, a compilation of remixes of her greatest hits, on November 14th. Josh Stumpf released his much anticipated follow up single “Nobody Roads” on September 19th. The song has gained over 489k streams. The track stayed Top 10 at Canadian country radio for seven weeks. On Oct. 8, 2023 Corinda Chandler released Love. “I sing with both beautiful moments truth optimism with a continuing belief that anything is possible and that love, light, hope and music will always be stronger than hate, fear and evil, and that we are all in this together. No matter how strong the winds are, and although I may not be the loudest voice in the room, I believe that my hopes and dreams matter. I am a Canadian female independent recording artist and grateful for the chance to be heard through song :)

George Wolf

George Wolf (Lonewolf Country) have released the music video for their latest single, "Hope (Can Make the Eagle Fly Again) written and recorded in support of Hope for Wildlife, an animal rehabilitation and educational sanctuary in Seaforth, NS. The song has also been released to radio through DMDS, and on all streaming platforms. George is a former BCCMA and SOCAN nominated singer-songwriter from Halifax, NS. His band, Lonewolf Country, have recorded two original albums, garnering worldwide airplay.

Jessica Sevier

Canadian country artist Jessica Sevier recently released her new single “Panic Years,” via The Orchard. Co-written with Dylan Guthro and Robyn Ottolini, the track captures the pressure of “figuring it all out” while offering listeners a reassuring, relatable lift.

 

“Panic Years” follows her fan-favourite track  “Good To Drive,” co-written with Ottolini and JUNO-winning producer Derek Hoffman. That single has already surpassed 350K streams, went Top 40 on Canadian Country radio and is continuing to build strong momentum ahead of Jessica’s forthcoming debut EP.

 

Jessica has also been busy on stage this fall – opening for Robyn Ottolini on two Ontario dates and completing a month-long residency at Toronto’s Cameron House, showcasing her genre-blending sound and powerhouse vocals.
