The Tower Sequence is a slower, intentional practice that flows and gains momentum with the Lunar Cycle — beginning with the First Quarter Moon and closing on the New Moon. 

 

We'll be practicing one of four legs together for a powerful initiation this season. I’ve kept only this first Tower open to help us move slowly and stay present with what’s truly shifting within. 

 

Slow waaaay down within. Let's not rush through, but reset the rhythm. This facilitates deeper, more intentional clearing in the emotional landscapes of your Playing Field of Life. You'll be able to complete stages 2-4 in the comfort of your own own this month.
