You. Jumpstarting your spark 💥😎

Hi First name / friend

If your spark feels dim lately, like your creative light has gone out and your nervous system just can’t carry one more thing… you’re not alone.

The world feels so heavy right now. The heartbreak, the chaos, the cost of caring… it’s a lot. And for deeply feeling humans — empaths, HSPs, ADHDers, creative leaders — that weight hits deeper in the body.

It’s not just burnout. It’s depletion of meaning. Disconnection from your values and what once made you feel alive. And dare I say, cosmically aligned.

In The Get Shit Done Club this week, I asked everyone:

“What are you shedding to make more room?”

The answers cracked me open → shedding: despair, misaligned clients, self-doubt, the constant consumption of content that kills their hope... to name a few.

Here's why that question is important: rebuilding your spark requires margin. Intentional space. Room to breathe. And from there, you can decide what you want to bring in.

So if you’re feeling tender, start here. Think of it as triage for your spark:

1️⃣ Shed something small.
Let one thing go today that drains you — a habit, an obligation or “should," even a thought pattern. Every “no” creates room for your spark to breathe. When I start feeling my thoughts drift towards despair of hopelessness I literally stop them in their tracks and say assertively, “NOT TODAY SATAN.” I am staying in charge of my thoughts, shedding my worry spirals, and trusting future challenges to Future Andrea to figure out. She's got it.

2️⃣ Revisit your non-negotiables.
What actually keeps your wellbeing fortified… aka your shit together? Rest, nature, laughter, water, movement, quiet? Protect the basics that help your body remember safety. This is not the time to let these be negotiable.

3️⃣ Be a micro-joy treasure hunter.
Joy doesn’t need to be loud. It can be the way sunlight hits your coffee, a laugh with a friend, a deep exhale after holding your breath all week. These moments are fuel. Look for them. There are more happening than you realize. Hunt them out.

4️⃣ Remember who the f*ck you are.
When your light feels dim, engage with your Zone of Genius – the work, play, and creativity that remind you who you are. Use slower seasons to learn, to network differently, to reconnect with your gifts. Re-read old testimonials or notes of gratitude. Revisit the moments where you felt proud or impactful. Often, the spark isn’t gone, we’ve just lost sight of the things that light us up. I was having a slower coaching week and after a couple hours of feeling “unproductive” and scattered, I looked at my projects list and took on the one titled “organize testimonial library.” Nothing like reading & listening through a bunch of previous client testimonials to remind me who the f*ck I am and what I am capable of ;)

5️⃣ Co-regulate and reconnect.
When your nervous system is fried, don’t isolate. Be in rooms where your spark is witnessed back into being. Courage and aliveness are contagious. That’s exactly what we practice inside The Get Shit Done Club (a part of your Leaders Lab membership) – resourcing, co-regulating, experimenting & executing in real time.

If your light’s feeling dim, come get resourced with us.

Your spark isn’t gone, friend. It just needs oxygen. Especially right now.

Cheering you on,
Andrea xx
