This week's new workouts include a Tower, Chair, and Reformer workout!
Reformer class 702 is a Technique Level 4 class (first of the bunch!) made for highly experienced Pilates students as well as for instructors. The transitions are quicker, there are advanced exercises, and fewer set-up cues.
