This one's a little long but, like a good love story, worth the wait. It's a Mecca Romance shop drop day, and I couldn't be more excited! I’ve been working for weeks on something special, brand new new Mecca Romance Reader Tees. Though I do have other things happening in my life, namely checking out colleges with my son (PSU last weekend, Villanova this Saturday) these tees and my brand new novella project are defining my weekdays. And honestly, this is more than just a tee. Allow me to explain.

My dream as an author has always been to follow in the footsteps of one of my favorites, the late Johanna Lindsey. To that end, I've written historical, time travel, paranormal and contemporary romance. Since Bloodwite, I've been told that genre hopping won't do me any favors career/income wise. And it hasn't. Building a readership in one genre is hard. Three? Much, much harder.

But I'm building the life I want to live and that means spending some days in a medieval castle and others in the Finger Lakes. First, Mecca Romance was born.
