Jacob has only been with Capital Prime for roughly six months and has already made quite an impact on the team.
 
He wears many hats in the kitchen, working the line, sauté, and the grill. When asked about his favorite part of working here, Jacob says, “The amazing group of people I get to work with every day. Ever since my first walk-through, I have felt part of an amazing family.”
“I feel like my attention to detail is the biggest strength I bring to the team. Every meal or appetizer is made to the best of my abilities, and I always look for ways to improve my skills with every dish I prepare.”
 
People may be surprised to learn that Jacob plays a handful of instruments. “My main one is the tenor saxophone, which I have played for eight years. I love jazz and have performed in smaller groups and done many solos in my later years.”
 
When asked what he is passionate about, Jacob says, “I love racing cars!” Most of his family members have built classic muscle cars.
 
“Keeping a positive mindset is something I am most proud of, as well as my drive to be a better person all around. I continually push myself to do more, accomplishing hard-to-reach goals and expectations I have set for myself.”
 
One thing that people may not know is, “I was a Boy Scout, and I went all the way to earn my Eagle Scout rank.”
