I hope November is off to a great start for you! In true fall fashion, I feel like many folx I'm in community with are going through some sort of transition right now. Whether that be exploring a new career path, expanding their families, heading back to therapy, or changing the way they care for their bodies, everyone around me seems to be looking for ways to elevate or make a move. If that is you as well, I'm wishing you ease as you get all the pieces in place. I, too, have been looking at ways to expand FBW and get my community a flagship studio so we can be together in person consistently. Stay tuned for more in the coming months!
This week we are registering for classes to win a one month unlimited membership, signing up for Walk Club, and noting some scheduling changes moving forward.
I've been noticing attendance trends and trying to honor the needs of current and prospective clients. With Walk Club starting and general lower attendance on Saturdays, Barre 45 will now be offered every other Saturday, opposite Walk Club.
In addition, “Second Sundays” monthly in person classes will be on hold during the late fall and winter months, but will be back in some capacity in the spring. Saturday classes will also be donation based moving forward to help with affordable accessibility to classes. If you have an unlimited membership or class pack, they can be used for community classes.
